IT Product Manager

As an IT Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in defining product vision, prioritising features, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact technology solutions. You will have the opportunity to influence product strategy, enhance user experience, and contribute to the growth of our international portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and priorities to stakeholders and development teams.

• Gather and analyze user feedback, market trends, and competitive insights to inform product decisions.

• Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within scope.

• Develop detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide development.

• Monitor product performance, identify areas for improvement, and iterate based on data and user feedback.

• Work with global teams to ensure alignment with business goals and user needs.

• Advocate for the user, ensuring their needs are at the forefront of product development.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product management.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in IT product management, with a track record of successfully launching and managing technology products.

• Strong technical aptitude and the ability to understand complex systems and translate them into user-friendly solutions.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

• Proficiency in agile methodologies and tools for product management (e.g., Jira, Confluence).

• Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.

• Self-starter with a proactive approach, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Type: Full-time (Full-time in Office).

• Salary: £43,000 per annum (with opportunities for growth and performance-based increases ).
